Replacement Program

Should we determine damage to your sunglasses was not caused by a manufacturer defect, or if you simply break your sunglasses, we will replace them with an identical pair at 50% off the original retail price. If an identical pair is not available, you may choose sunglasses of equal or lesser value for 50% off the original retail price.

This program may be used once within 12 months of the original purchase date. A proof of purchase is required to qualify for this program and it does not apply to sale items or those that are lost or stolen.


If you qualify for our Replacement Program, you may purchase your replacement at any of our locations or we can ship it to you. Please send the broken sunglasses to:

Please include a proof of purchase, full name, return address, phone number and e-mail address in the package.


• For customers living in the United States, you may expect delivery of your replacement product within 7-14 business days from the date we receive your package.

• For international customers, you may expect delivery of your replacement product within 14-21 business days from the date we receive your package.

When your replacement product is ready to be sent, we will contact you and process your credit card payment (50% off the original purchase price plus shipping) through e-mail or over the phone. Shipping charges are $10 domestic and $20 international.
